Roland has been working as a software, product and technology expert
since 1996. As VP Technology / CTO, he most recently successfully
built up the international IT company Avenga with more than 4,000
employees.
Prior to that, he managed the software company Sevenval
with 200 employees as CTO and sold it together with his partners. In
addition to technical concepts and architectures, Roland specializes
in building and optimizing software organization, methodologies and
technologies. In the past, he has successfully implemented projects
for various clients from startups to corporations, as well as
developed SaaS and license products.
Roland does his own programming
and speaks at conferences. Roland leads the Milecrew as managing
partner.Roland supports clients as an interim CTO and leads Milecrew
as managing partner.
